Disclaimer for Equipment Supplier Page Please note that we do NOT “endorse” any of the companies listed on this page. Our network members have shared a wide range of experiences with these vendors. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own research. If you’re interested in feedback from other blind cleaners or would like to be connected with those who have direct experience with these suppliers, feel free to contact us.

Be aware that some of these companies have invested heavily in creating polished websites and sales materials. They may have been in business for decades and they make impressive promises. However as with other industries, a large or long online presence is no guarantee their reputation among actual customers is as shiny. Some companies claim to offer “24/7 Customer Support,” but this may be limited to an answering machine, available only to current paying customers. Others may have great equipment but weak training or actual cleaning support.

When considering a vendor, ask to see dated copies of newsletters or support materials they’ve provided to their clients over the past 1, 5, or 10 years. This will give you a sense of their ongoing commitment and reliability. Many companies rely on slick marketing that simply repackages outdated techniques. Be sure to ask for references from clients who have been with them for 2-3 or even 5 years. If a company “can’t” provide these references, take that as a warning sign. If the posted “testimonials” don’t match up to existing websites and owners who still have a relationship with the supplier be aware the $$ transaction was their priority, not support.

The term “training” is used broadly in the chart above; in some cases, it may consist of only a few hours of basic instruction, such as plugging in the machine and performing a simple demonstration with minimal hands-on experience. Others ask a local cleaner to “educate” the new customer for them. The training maybe “hands on”, but is often not comprehensive.

Please note that this list does not include various websites that resell foreign-made ultrasonic blind cleaners, as their quality is unknown.

If you know of a vendor who should be added to our list or the status of something listed has changed – PLEASE let us know.
